Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This policy explains what information the Pyng platform collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept — including call recordings, transcripts, and the AI processing that produces them.
It applies to this website and to the customer platform. Please also read the Terms of Service and the Compliance page, which describes the consent, suppression, and calling-window controls enforced on every outbound call and message.
1.Who we are
Pyng is a software platform for real estate brokerages and teams, operated by SPACEMINE PVT LIMITED ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Pyng website at pynghq.com and the customer platform at app.pynghq.com.
You can reach us about privacy at gowtham@pynghq.com or +91 96005 27574.
2.Two different roles: our customers, and their contacts
Our customers are brokerages and agents. They decide who they contact and what they say, and they are responsible for the consent behind that outreach. For the personal information of their leads and clients that they put into the platform, they are the controller and we act as their processor — we handle it on their instructions in order to provide the service.
For information about our own customers and website visitors — account details, billing, support conversations, and site analytics — we are the controller and this policy describes our own use.
If you are a lead or client of a brokerage using our platform and want your information corrected or removed, the fastest route is to reply STOP to any message, or ask the brokerage directly. You can also contact us and we will suppress the number platform-wide and pass the request to the account owner.
3.Information we collect
- Account information: name, work email, phone number, brokerage name, role, and authentication identifiers for the users of an account.
- Billing information: plan, subscription status, invoices, and usage counts. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Contact and lead records that a customer creates, imports, or captures: names, phone numbers, email addresses, property interests, source, and the notes and tags the customer adds.
- Conversation content: inbound and outbound call audio recordings, call transcripts, SMS message content, and email content sent or received through the platform.
- Conversation metadata: timestamps, duration, direction, outcome, the number or address used, and which automation or agent initiated it.
- Consent and compliance records: what consent was captured for a contact, its source and time, opt-out events, suppression entries, and the outcome of each compliance check.
- Listing and website data: listings a customer publishes, inquiries submitted through a listing page, and page-view events tied to an inquiry.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and log data when you use the website or the platform.
4.How we use information
- To provide the service: answer and place calls, send and receive messages, maintain the CRM record, run automations, and publish listing pages.
- To run compliance checks: verify consent, apply suppression and do-not-contact, enforce calling windows and attempt caps, and record the result.
- To produce transcripts, summaries, and next-step suggestions from conversations for the account that owns them.
- To meter and bill usage, and to show a customer their own usage.
- To provide support, investigate abuse reports, and secure the platform.
- To improve reliability and quality of the service, using aggregated or de-identified operational data.
- To send service and administrative messages to our customers about their account.
5.Recording, transcription, and AI processing
Calls handled by the platform can be recorded and transcribed so the account that owns the conversation can review it, and so the record can be written automatically. Notice is handled on the call, and when a caller asks whether they are speaking with a person, the assistant states that it is an AI assistant.
We use third-party AI model providers to generate speech, understand what a caller says, produce transcripts and summaries, and draft message content. Conversation content is sent to those providers only to perform that processing for the account it belongs to.
We do not use customer conversation content to train our own general-purpose models, and we contract with our AI providers on terms that do not permit them to train their models on it.
7.Retention and deletion
We keep account information for as long as the account is active. Conversation content, contact records, and compliance records are kept while the account is active so the customer has their own history, and are deleted or de-identified after termination, subject to a short operational window and to any records we must keep for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Suppression and opt-out records are retained even after other data is deleted, because deleting them would remove the very record that stops someone being contacted again.
8.Security
- Access to customer data is scoped per account on every query, so one brokerage cannot read another's records.
- Data is encrypted in transit. Credentials and provider secrets are held server-side and never exposed to the browser.
- Phone numbers are masked in operational logs, and conversation transcripts are not written to logs at ordinary logging levels.
- Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9.Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email gowtham@pynghq.com. We will verify the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. If the information belongs to a brokerage's account rather than to us, we will forward the request to that customer and support them in fulfilling it.
Recipients of messages sent through the platform can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, or by asking to be removed during a call. Replying HELP returns the sender's identity and contact details.
10.International transfers
The platform serves brokerages in the United States and Canada, and is operated by a company established in India. Information is therefore processed in more than one country, including by our service providers. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards and contractual protections with the recipients.
11.Children
The platform is business software and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child's information has been provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.
13.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will notify account owners by email or in the platform before it takes effect.
