Privacy at Pyng.
What we collect, why, where it's stored (an EU region), and the rights you can exercise. Written to be read, not to hide behind.
Pyng is built around EU data residency, and privacy is part of that promise. The intent is simple: collect only what's needed to run signal-led outbound for you, store it in an EU region, and make the rights you can exercise legible rather than buried. This page is the plain-language version of that approach.
In practice that means we collect the information you give us — the work email you submit for early access, and, once the product is live, the account and outreach data needed to operate the engine on your behalf. We use it to run Pyng and to contact you about early access; we don't sell it. Where it lives, who processes it on our behalf, and the data-subject rights you can exercise are detailed alongside this page and in the Data Processing Agreement.
A note on this page: this is framing copy, not the final notice. The binding privacy text is being reviewed by counsel and will be published here before anything you submit is used for more than early-access contact. If you have a question in the meantime, reach us through the contact page.
