AI disclosure
Last updated: 30 July 2026
An AI assistant answers and places calls on this platform, and drafts messages and email. This page states what it is, what it will never claim to be, and what stays with a human.
We publish it because anyone on the other end of one of these calls is entitled to know, and because a brokerage evaluating us should be able to read our position rather than infer it.
1.What the assistant is
Pyng includes an AI voice assistant that answers and places phone calls on behalf of a real estate brokerage, and AI that drafts and sends text messages and email on that brokerage's behalf. It is software operated by SPACEMINE PVT LIMITED and configured by the brokerage you are dealing with.
It is not a licensed real estate professional, and it is not a person.
2.It will not claim to be human
If you ask whether you are speaking with a person, the assistant tells you plainly that it is an AI assistant, and offers to connect you with someone. It does not deflect the question, and it does not assert a human identity.
It is also not permitted to present itself as a licensed agent or to give advice it is not authorised to give. Where a question needs a licensed human — representation, contract terms, legal or financial advice — the correct behaviour is a handoff, and that is what it is configured to do.
Brokerages using the platform may not configure a persona to claim a professional capacity it does not have. Doing so is a breach of the Terms of Service.
3.What a human still decides
The assistant handles conversations. It does not get the final say on the things that carry consequences.
- It cannot approve or sign an agreement on anyone's behalf.
- It cannot decide who is legally permitted to be contacted — that is the compliance gate, which runs independently of anything the AI says or wants to do.
- Sensitive and irreversible actions inside the product are proposed for a person to approve, not executed autonomously.
- A live human handoff is available on request during a call, and any sign that a caller wants a person triggers routing to one.
4.Recording and transcription
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the brokerage can review its own conversations and so the customer record can be written automatically. Notice is handled on the call.
Recordings and transcripts are visible only inside the account of the brokerage that made or received the call. They are not sold and not shared for advertising.
Phone numbers are masked in operational logs, and transcripts are not written to logs at ordinary logging levels.
5.How AI providers are used
We use third-party AI providers for speech, transcription, summarisation, and drafting. Conversation content is sent to them only to perform that processing for the account it belongs to.
We contract with those providers on terms that do not permit them to train their models on your conversation content, and we do not use it to train models of our own. The categories of provider are listed in the Privacy Policy.
6.Accuracy and its limits
AI output can be wrong. The assistant works from the data in the brokerage's account and is configured not to invent details about a property it has no record of, but nothing here is a guarantee of accuracy.
AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and drafts are working material for the brokerage's team, not professional advice, and they do not replace review by a licensed person. Nothing the assistant says forms a contract.
7.Your choices
You can ask for a human at any point in a call. You can ask not to be contacted again, by voice on a call or by replying STOP to a text, and the suppression applies across the whole account — see the Messaging policy.
For access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, see the Privacy Policy, or contact us and we will route the request to the brokerage that holds the record and support them in fulfilling it.
