A missed call is a missed listing
Leads go to whoever answers first. But agents are showing homes, in inspections, or asleep — and nights, weekends, and back-to-back calls are exactly when new leads come in.
After-hours leads
Calls and form fills arrive long after the office closes. Pyng answers them at 11pm the same way it answers at 11am.
Overflow calls
When your team is already on the phone, the second and third caller still get a real conversation instead of voicemail.
Cold database
Past clients and old leads sit untouched for years. Reactivation finds the ones worth calling now.
Compliance risk
Manual outreach is where consent and calling-hour mistakes happen. Here the checks run before the dial, every time.
From first ring to booked showing
The same path every lead takes, whether it arrives at 9am on a Tuesday or 1am on a Sunday.
A lead arrives
A call rings in, a form is filled, or a portal lead syncs. Pyng captures it, deduplicates it against your database, and routes it to the right agent.
The AI engages in seconds
The phone agent answers or dials back, asks your qualifying questions, and replies over SMS and email. Every outbound attempt clears the compliance gate first — no exceptions, no override.
Your agent picks up a warm lead
Showing booked, notes written, timeline updated, next touch scheduled. Your agent walks into the conversation already knowing budget, timeline, and intent.
Everything the front of your brokerage needs
One system for answering, following up, nurturing, and closing — instead of a phone service, a CRM, a dialer, and four automation tools that don't talk to each other.
AI phone agents
Answer every inbound call around the clock and place speed-to-lead callbacks the moment a lead arrives. Natural pacing, your script, your qualifying questions, full recordings and transcripts.
Learn moreAI-native CRM
Contacts, activity timelines, deals, and a unified inbox for calls, SMS, and email. The record updates itself from the conversation instead of waiting on manual data entry.
Learn moreAutomations & sequences
Lead-flow rules, routing, templates, and multi-touch sequences per source and per stage — so new leads, nurtures, and stale pipeline all get worked the same way every time.
Learn moreSphere reactivation
Score your existing database and surface the past clients and dormant leads most likely to transact next, then run the outreach that restarts those conversations.
Learn moreContract to close
Deal stages, buyer-representation agreement tracking, and contract-to-close checklists with deadline reminders, so nothing slips between accepted offer and closing table.
Learn moreCompliance & security
Consent, suppression, calling windows, attempt caps, and AI disclosure enforced server-side — plus per-brokerage data isolation and masked logs. Read both before you buy anything.
Learn moreThe checks that run before every dial
Outbound calling and texting is regulated, and the penalties land on the brokerage. So the rules are not a checkbox in your settings — they are enforced in the platform core, server side, on every outbound action.
Consent gate
Every dial and message checks the consent recorded for that contact and channel before anything leaves the platform.
Suppression & DNC
Opt-outs and suppression lists are enforced centrally. Once a contact opts out, no automation can reach them again.
Calling windows
Outbound respects local calling hours for the contact's time zone, plus your own operating hours.
Attempt caps
Per-contact attempt limits stop the same lead from being called or texted into the ground.
AI disclosure & recording
Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant when they ask, and recording notice is handled on the call.
Server-side, always
These checks live in the platform core and run server-side on every outbound action. They are not a tenant setting and cannot be switched off.

Why can't I just sign up?
Because the AI has to know your market, your listings, and how your team hands off a live buyer — and that configuration is what separates a phone agent that books showings from one that annoys callers. We onboard brokerages at the rate we can set up properly, so access is by request. It costs nothing to ask.
What happens to calls we already answer ourselves?
Pyng sits behind your existing numbers. You choose what the AI answers — everything, after-hours only, or overflow when your team is already on a call. Anything the AI answers still lands in the same timeline your agents work from.
Does the AI say it is an AI?
Yes. When a caller asks whether they are speaking to a person, the assistant answers honestly, and recording notice is handled on the call. Outbound AI calls carry disclosure as well.
How do you keep outbound calling compliant?
Consent, suppression/DNC, calling windows, and attempt caps are asserted server-side before every single dial or message. The rules live in the platform core rather than in per-account settings, so they cannot be turned off, and uploaded lists without consent cannot be auto-dialled.
Which regions do you support?
The United States and Canada. Voice, SMS, and email are provisioned for North American numbers, and the compliance rules are built around US and Canadian requirements.
Can we bring our own phone numbers?
Yes. You can port existing numbers or provision new ones inside the platform, and set which number each persona and each campaign calls from.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are answering live calls the same week their configuration is done: connect a number, pick a persona and script, set your qualifying questions and routing, and import your database. We do that first configuration with you.
