Real estate runs on who answers first
Agents are in showings, inspections, and closings — which is exactly when new leads call. The lead goes to whoever picks up, and the rest of the database quietly goes cold.
The usual fixes each solve a slice: an answering service takes a message but cannot qualify; a dialer makes calls but knows nothing about the deal; a CRM records what someone remembers to type. Meanwhile the outbound rules — consent, do-not-call, calling hours — get handled by whoever happens to be doing the dialing.
We took the opposite approach: one platform where the AI is the thing having the conversation, the CRM is written as a by-product of that conversation, and the compliance gate is the only path to an outbound call or message. That is the product, and that ordering is deliberate.
Compliance is not optional
The consent, suppression, calling-window, attempt-cap, and disclosure checks live in the platform core and run before every outbound action. We would rather lose a feature request than ship a bypass.
